“My favorite part of pep rallies is giving the student body a performance that we’ve prepared specifically for them because they’re really fun for both the celebrities and for our peers. It’s great that we get to do them in person again because you really can’t get the ‘pep’ from a pep rally unless you’re physically there to feed off others’ energy. The dance team loves being involved with other organizations at the school, and I think it’s really important that our peers know that and feel that support since a lot of them only get to see our commitment to football. Also, a lot of us really are entertainers, so being a part of the pep rallies and doing our best to make it fun and exciting is a part of our place in the CP community that we absolutely look forward to and enjoy.”
