During the summer, Peterson traveled to Colombia to help build an elementary school that only had two classrooms but five or six grades with one teacher. “We add[ed] two more classrooms,” Peterson said. “It’s kind of hard when you have two or three grades in one classroom and you only have one teacher. It’s very hard to actually get some beneficial learning. Gillian Corona is a senior and first year reporting for the Wolfpack. She enjoys photography, watching YouTube and listening to good music. Her favorite musicians are Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, Astrid S, Troye Sivan, LANY, Kevin Garrett and Ieuan. She has met Connor Franta three times, once her freshman, sophomore and junior year of high school. Gillian is in PALs and in Photo 4. She is a Disney fanatic as well; she named her first dog Nala and her second Abu. Gillian's favorite food is Vietnamese Food. She also likes pizza, pasta, sushi and hamburgers. She doesn't like salmon or beets.
