On Wednesday, Oct. 16 senior’s will be participating in Senior Transition Day while the freshmen, sophomores and juniors take the PSAT.
Seniors should report to the band field by 9 a.m. to take the senior class panoramic photo. After the class photo, students should report to the designated locations. Last names beginning with Aldape-Fogle should report to the PA, Forbes-Lamb report to the Black Box Theater, Lambert-Ramsey report to the Cafeteria (Little Theater), Raschke-Zhao report to the B Building Foyer (Labs). These sessions will be Check-In sessions for attendance.
The large sessions will be broken down into smaller groups by last name. Seniors will be learning important information about the upcoming year as well as vote on the class of 2014 class song, flower, motto, quote and color.
During these sessions, 9th-11th grade students will be taking the PSAT. If you are taking the PSAT, things to remember are…
- Get a good night’s sleep and eat a healthy breakfast
- Bring No.2 pencils
- Bring a calculator (scientific or 4 function are allowed), if you do not have one the math can be completed without one but they are permitted
- Bring a photo ID, this can be a student ID, driver’s License or a passport
- Bring a small snack and a water as you do get a short break
- Don’t stress yourself out.
