Taking the stage, senior Emma Vaughn performs as Miss Shingle, an energetic old lady on Jan. 15. The play featured a hilarious plot and diverse characters with multiple costume changes throughout the entire show. “For me, it was a lot of physicality [playing Shingle] because I kind of naturally have that funky, spunky attitude, but making sure I was old and funky was very difficult,” Vaughn said. “It was just a lot of me just trying to make sure I aged myself and kept the mindset of an older person while still being fun.”
