National Honor Society for Dance Arts

Purpose of the club:

To recognize outstanding artistic merit, leadership, and academic achievement in students studying dance and to foster an appreciation for dance as a true art form and one worthy or recognition and prestige.

Who may be interested in joining this club?

All active members of dance on campus.

Requirements:

-Four service hours are due every semester: two dance service hours, two hours of any type
-No double dipping
-Only one hour of donations accepted ($10= 1 hour)
-Meetings are mandatory to be a part of this club. Missing meetings for extracuricular or school-related reasons will be excused
-New members are required to pay a fee of $8 after they’ve been inducted.

Meetings:

When- once a month during DEN, typically second Friday of the month

Where- dance gym
