Isa is a junior and this is her first year on staff. In addition to being on the Wolfpack staff, she has also been involved in the choir for three years. She loves getting to meet new people through interviews and getting to share their unique stories through her writing. She hopes to attend the University of North Texas and major in Radio-Television and Film to continue her love of journalism. Some of her favorite things include: making new friends, boba, manga, the color pink, finding new music, all things Sanrio and making impulsive changes to her hair.

Holding their timberwolve signs high, captains and seniors Julia Childress, Jani Jung and Kristine Kim sing along to the school song celebrating a victory at this years homecoming football game. According to Kim, when they aren’t on the sidelines cheering on the players, the captains are working hard with their team to perfect their routines for competition season. “Theres always pressure on myself and my other captains Jani and Julia,” Kim said. “Coming back from a season of success into this new one, we want to defend our national title. As a leader and representative of the team I just want the girls to feel the feeling of working hard and receiving positive results from our work.”

Standing tall, drum majors and color guard display their first place medals with pride at the UIL State Competitions for band. This is the fourth year in a row that band has been awarded first place in the UIL 5A competition. This is a huge accomplishment for our band, as it is now our fourth consecutive state championship and our sixth overall. Each year, this contest gets more difficult to win, as every band keeps progressing, drum major and junior Nicholas Doluisio said. We are so happy that our sister schools were able to finish on the podium as well, as we know theyve also worked incredibly hard.
