Thin Mints:
A definite classic. Not too dense but not too light, just the perfect amount of cookie, hence the thin I assume. Very nice smooth chocolate with light crunch and enough mint to satisfy but not overwhelm the eater. Also incredibly easy to eat an entire box without realizing, be careful. Overall, one of my favorite cookies, and I rate it 10/10.
Caramel deLites:
You literally cannot go wrong with this cookie. The mix of chocolate, coconut, and caramel is so perfect together to where words cannot explain how good this cookie is. The texture is crunchy enough to where you can feel the cookie crumble in your mouth but also feel the caramel stretch. Very sugary and not for the faint of heart. Overall, one of my favorite cookies, and I rate it 10/10.
S’mores:
This cookie tastes like the crunchier version of a s’more. I don’t know how the Girl Scouts did it, but they managed to capture the chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow into a cookie. Although the marshmallow is a little underwhelming, you can taste all the flavors. Texture is nice and crumbly but firm, as it should be. If you close your eyes and stand in front of a heater while eating this cookie you’re basically making s’mores… right? Overall, also one of my favorite cookies, and I rate it 9/10.
Shortbread:
If you have no sense of taste and enjoy eating dry things, this cookie is for you! With its crusty texture and flavorless personality, this cookie ain’t it. Although, I feel that if I had something to dip it in or pair it with it wouldn’t be as bad, maybe butter? Plus the design is appealing to look at. Overall, this cookie is plain, and I rate it 2/10.
Lemonades:
This cookie is like a mix of shortbread cookie and hardened lemonade frosting. It’s incredibly sweet and filled with flavor (well really only one flavor, lemon). If you like basic cookies with a little jazz, this is the cookie for you! You might also like the Thanks-A-Lot cookies (mentioned below). Also, quick tip, these cookies hit different when you put them in the freezer. Overall, this cookie is decent, and I rate it 6/10.
Thanks-A-Lot:
This cookie is like the lemonade cookie, but instead has chocolate covering on one of the shortbread sides. Plus, on each cookie there’s ‘Thank you’ in five different languages, including English, Spanish, Swahili, Chinese, and French. That makes it a tad more interesting. Overall, the cookie is decent and tends to satisfy my sugary needs without making me sick. I rate this cookie 6/10 as well.
Peanut Butter Sandwiches:
If you like dry cookies and peanut butter with too much sugar, this is your cookie! The design is nice and clean cut, but it’s just disappointing when you take that first bite. To be fair though, I don’t enjoy peanut butter in my cookies. It has to be really good, and these cookies just don’t cut it. Although, if the cookie itself was less dry and the peanut butter less sweet, I think I would enjoy it. Overall, this cookie isn’t a favorite (mainly because of preference), and I rate it 4/10.
Peanut Butter Patties:
This is a classic, but I still don’t like them. Maybe it’s the peanut butter, or maybe it’s the fact that they’re denser than a cinder block that I don’t enjoy them. The overwhelming coating of chocolate covers a stale-like cookie with peanut butter. I would recommend them to people who like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups though (those are the only peanut butter candy I like, I don’t know what happened to be honest). Overall, this cookie is just not for me, but I rate it 5/10.
Caramel Chocolate Chip:
If the Sahara was a cookie, it would be this gluten-free bite of sand. Somehow, this cookie managed to include hard caramel, fake chocolate chips and dusty cookie flavor into one, fun-sized bite. I am extremely disappointed, especially because these are slightly more expensive than the other boxes, but I guess that’s what happens when you make a gluten-free cookie. If you are in fact gluten-free just disregard everything I’m saying! Oh, and the bag is nice though, I enjoy being able to reseal this failure. Overall, I give these cookies a 2/10.

Yearbook won 43, newspaper won 14 and broadcast took home nine. “I think [the ILPC awards] are a great way to give the kids some acknowledgement for all of their hard work,” newspaper and yearbook adviser Paige Hert said. “They typically spend the year covering everyone else’s big moments, so it’s really cool for them to be celebrated so many times and in so many different ways.”](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/edited-ILPC.jpg)

"I feel like it’s not really appreciated in America as much, but [tennis] is a really competitive and mentally challenging sport,” Nguyen said. “I’m really level-headed and can keep my cool during a match, and that helps me play a bit better under pressure.” Photo by Kyra Cox](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/hasun.jpg)

Lucas broke the school’s 18-year-old record for the 500 freestyle at regionals and again at state with a time of 4:58.63. “I’d had my eye on that 500 record since my freshman year, so I was really excited to see if I could get it at regionals or districts,” Lucas said. “ State is always a really fun experience and medaling for the first time was really great. It was a very very tight race, [so] I was a bit surprised [that I medaled]. [There were] a lot of fast girls at the meet in general, [and] it was like a dogfight back and forth, back and forth.” Photo by Kaydence Wilkinson](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Kaydence-2.7-23-edit-2.jpg)

Grandow finished fourth in the event and led the varsity girls to regionals with a third place placement as a team. “I’m very excited [to go to regionals],” Grandow said. “I’m excited to race in Corpus Christi, and we get to go to the beach, so that’s really awesome.” Photo by Addison Bruce](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/brianna.jpg)
