During the summer, Peterson traveled to Colombia to help build an elementary school that only had two classrooms but five or six grades with one teacher. “We add[ed] two more classrooms,” Peterson said. “It’s kind of hard when you have two or three grades in one classroom and you only have one teacher. It’s very hard to actually get some beneficial learning. Madison is a senior, it's her second year on staff but her first year as an editor. She loves meeting new people and is constantly searching for new music in her free time. She enjoys writing about new topics and learning from the people she interviews. Some of her favorite things include: every Dutch Bros drink imaginable, tea, Frank Ocean and staying up late. She hopes to attend the University of North Texas to major in Journalism.
Isa is a senior and this is her second year on staff. In addition to being on the Wolfpack staff, she has also been involved in the choir for four years. She loves getting to meet new people through interviews and getting to share their unique stories through her writing. She hopes to attend the University of North Texas and major in Radio-Television and Film to continue her love of journalism. Some of her favorite things include: making new friends, the color pink, finding new music, all things Sanrio and making impulsive changes to her hair.
