What’s the Lineup?
Crumbl’s New Weekly Menu contains Five Different Cookies Every Week
The newest Crumbl location has made it easy to pick up the weekly menu. The lineup for the first week of May is pictured: Pink Velvet Cupcake, Hazelnut Mudslide ft. Nutella, Mom’s Favorite and Mango Frozen Yogurt. My favorite out of them all would have to be the Pink Velvet Cupcake. The perfect cookie to frosting ratio easily placed it in my top five Crumbl cookies. The slight strawberry flavor gives the cookie a nice flavor profile overall, and the buttercream frosting creates the most perfect cookie.
May 13, 2022
The first time I ate Crumbl was one of the best days of my life. It was the Valentine’s Day lineup which consisted of Birthday Cake, Chocolate Caramel, Sugar and Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake cookies. If you’ve never had a Crumbl cookie you should know that they are huge and very dense. So, those four cookies lasted me an entire week. Another thing that Crumbl newbies should know; the menu, or ‘lineup’, changes every week except the Chocolate chip cookie, which is their anchor cookie that never changes. Five new cookies are introduced every Sunday, then are sold Monday through Saturday.
The new lineups don’t disappoint of course. With a new Crumbl location opening up right off of Whitestone, it’s almost too easy to get my hands on Crumbl. This has led to me getting Crumbl every week since my first time. I also have filmed Crumbl reviews for my private Snap story in the past, so just know I have experience in Crumbl reviews and you’ll get my 100% honesty.
Pink Velvet Cupcake
This was the first cookie that caught my eye out of the entire lineup. The pale pink cookie with white buttercream swirl on top looked so good. And it was the first cookie I tried. After taking my first bite, all I could do was close my eyes and enjoy the flavor. There was a faint hint of strawberry, which was delicious. The cookie itself reminded me of a strawberry shortcake in a way. It’s honestly one of my favorite Crumbl cookies I’ve ever had. There was a perfect balance in flavor between the frosting and cookie base itself. I had literally zero complaints. Whenever they put Pink Velvet back on the menu, just know I’ll be first in line to buy it. I give this cookie a 10/10.
Mom’s Recipe
Let me preface this review with the fact that I don’t really like peanut butter. I found this cookie to be incredibly boring. It’s basically a chocolate chip cookie with peanut butter chips and toffee pieces added in. While I did enjoy the chocolate chips and toffee, the peanut butter flavor overpowered the entire cookie. And I ended up with a very sweet, chewy peanut butter cookie. The sea salt sprinkled on top was a nice touch, but I could barely taste it due to the peanut butter. I’m sure peanut butter lovers would eat this cookie up, but it’s not for me. I give it a 4/10.
Lemon Glaze
I’ve loved citrus flavored things since I was little, from lemonade, to lemon bars and even the lemon-lime syrup at the Kona Ice truck. So it was no surprise to me that I liked this cookie so much. With the cookie itself being lemon flavored and the glaze, as well, there was no way to miss the lemony tang. The lemon slice on top was also a cute touch. It reminded me of the lemonade cookies that the girl scouts sell, but more dense of course. There wasn’t a lot of depth though, which kept this cookie out of my top ten. It only had one dimension, and that dimension was lemon. I give this cookie a 6/10.
Mango Frozen Yogurt
I was honestly so excited for this cookie, you have no idea. First of all, I love fro-yo and second, I love mangos. So I expected this to be the perfect cookie for me. But I was given false hope. This cookie was the worst Crumbl cookie I’d ever had. The cookie itself was alright, it tasted slightly fruity with little to no flavor. But the frosting is what got to me, it was so bad. The texture was very gritty, it made me feel like I was chewing on a mixture between chapstick and toothpaste. The flavor wasn’t very good either, basically a creamy watered down mango. I was honestly so upset that I didn’t like this cookie, but with that said I give it a 2/10.
Hazelnut Mudslide ft. Nutella
If you were to ask me the age old question ‘Chocolate or Vanilla?’ I’d answer with vanilla. That gives you a little insight on how much I liked this cookie. While I didn’t dislike it, there wasn’t anything for me to love either. I found this cookie to be boring too, but at least the texture was good. With the roasted hazelnuts on the outside of the cookie and the dollop of Nutella in the middle. The cookie itself was very straight forward, there was hazelnuts and chocolate, that’s it. It wasn’t my favorite cookie, but it wasn’t horrible, so I give it a 4/10.
I plan on continuing my journey of being a Crumbl connoisseur for years to come. I’ll never forget my first Crumbl, and I’ll look forward to the new lineup every week. If you’re ever wondering what the current week’s lineup is, you can ask me. Because it’s likely I already have it memorized.

Senior student director Mia Morneault says how much she’s enjoyed working with the cast and crew. “I am very proud of all the cast and crew who worked as hard on it as I have. A lot of people care about [this show],” Morneault said. “I have a lot of friends on the cast and on the crew, but I’ve also grown and gained friendships through the show, even as director where I may be a little more stricter than normal. Kato’s painting is a political piece inspired by a photo of elementary schoolers in the street protesting against ICE. “I think it's also symbolic because they're surrounded by snow, which can represent ICE, and they are still marching,” Kato said. “[The kids] are not stopping until equality or justice is served, which I think is really important to represent and show.” Photo by John Pinion](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/Screenshot-2026-03-26-114740.png)

Yearbook won 43, newspaper won 14 and broadcast took home nine. “I think [the ILPC awards] are a great way to give the kids some acknowledgement for all of their hard work,” newspaper and yearbook adviser Paige Hert said. “They typically spend the year covering everyone else’s big moments, so it’s really cool for them to be celebrated so many times and in so many different ways.”](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/edited-ILPC.jpg)

The varsity baseball team played in the bi-district round of playoffs against the Boerne Greyhounds April 30-May 2, where they won Game 1 6-4, lost Game 2 2-1 and won the last game 5-2, allowing them to advance to area. “Honestly, [my favorite] big moment that wasn't even part of my moment was Dom's grand slam,” Cuevas said. “That was a big game changer in Game 1 of round one that ultimately helped us win that game and even move on. It set the tone for the games after and has really impacted and sparked this whole playoff run.” Photo by Allie Tseng](https://cphswolfpack.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/allie-boerne00159-1200x800.jpg)

Hill rushed for three touchdowns in the 43-36 loss against Frisco Wakeland last Friday, but the Timberwolves were eliminated from playoff contention. “[I’m] just happy I got to experience the game with my brothers,” Hill said. “I’m going to remember how close and how enjoyable everything was with these guys. They are my brothers for life. Just waking up and grinding together, and proving the naysayers wrong [was my favorite part].”
