Attending the Voter Registration Drive, senior Mathew Minor is now able to vote. This year, Rho Kappa was able to register over 30 eligible students. “I think everyone who can should register to vote,” Minor said. “It’s a right that people have fought and died [for] in order to earn and as a U.S. citizen, it is your duty to vote.”

Competing in a cross country meet, junior Jack Woods runs towards the finish line. Woods, who has been running for more than 10 years, is taking this as an opportunity to prove that his work has paid off and hopefully hit the times needed to run in college in the future.“Weve dialed our training down the last two weeks, especially this week so that our legs and body can be well rested and go out and race the best possible,” Woods said. “Mentally Im not that nervous yet, but its not our last race and [it] doesnt define our season, so [Im] just not trying to focus on it being the end.”

Senior Perry Jamail is continuing his passion for film at the University of North Texas this fall. “I’m going to miss putting together a show, seeing everyone work super hard and the feeling of collaboration,” Jamail said. “That feeling and seeing our hard work shown throughout the school every day is a feeling I won’t get to feel in college and I’ll definitely miss that from high school.”
