Executive Editor and senior Brynn Clare designs an advertisement for the Timberwolf Agency. Clare took on the role of Executive Editor, the highest leadership position in the Timberwolf Agency, to have a more active role in the class. I didnt know about the leadership positions beforehand, but I thought that being able to work a little closer with everyone else sounded fun, Clare said. Besides, I plan to major in a graphic-design related field and the experience will be nice to have.

Rushing to get to class, senior Sophia Migchelbrink gives a tardy pass to a student. According to Migchelbrink, being a student aide for the front office lets her be in a quiet and friendly atmosphere, and she is able to get some exercise by walking around the school to deliver passes. “If you’re late you can come to the front of the attendance office and give us your last name or your student ID number and we type it into the computer which we can then pick if the tardy is excused or unexcused depending on why you are late,” Migchelbrink said. “Then we just print it out and give it to you to give to your teacher.”

Running at the State Championships, Isa Conde De Frankenberg places third with a time of 17:26.3 minutes. Conde De Frankenberg advanced to State as an individual, and the varsity boys team competed as well, placing seventh. “I was really excited to come here for a second year in a row, and it was a little disappointing that the girls team didn’t make it, but I just had to keep training hard and be prepared for State, Conde De Frankenberg said. I was really excited, but also really nervous because there’s such amazing runners out here and it’s a really big competition. I definitely wanted a faster time or a better place, but overall, I’m just happy that I even got here and was able to place in the top three.”
