Addy Bates is a senior and second-year staff member. In addition to being a reporter for the Wolfpack, she also is apart of the Wolfcast Staff and is captain of the Cedar Park Bowling Team. She enjoys writing about sports and entertainment. As an avid sports fan, she enjoys attending Astros games and bowling in her free time. She plans on bowling in college and plans on majoring in journalism, sports journalism, or broadcast journalism.

Milton Reimers Ranch Park is located in Travis County and allows for activities such as hiking, fishing, swimming and bike riding. Senior Mathew Minor has been participating in activities like these to take his mind off of the COVID-19 pandemic. “The lake has been a way to go outside and get fresh air without being close to other people,” Minor said. “I have been spending more time outside and on the lake than before.”

Celebrating senior night, senior Jaelyn Grimm is honored at the game. Grimm will be attending Anderson University next fall. “I’m really excited to be able to compete with older girls and get that level of play, when I’m used to the high school level," Grimm said. "And [to see] the competitiveness of the DII level and see the other girls competing and how they work and live their life in college.”

Competing in a cross country meet, junior Jack Woods runs towards the finish line. Woods, who has been running for more than 10 years, is taking this as an opportunity to prove that his work has paid off and hopefully hit the times needed to run in college in the future.“We've dialed our training down the last two weeks, especially this week so that our legs and body can be well rested and go out and race the best possible,” Woods said. “Mentally I'm not that nervous yet, but it's not our last race and [it] doesn't define our season, so [I'm] just not trying to focus on it being the end.”
